We offer a 14-day return policy for all beauty tools, allowing you to submit a return request within 14 days upon receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your beauty tools must be kept in original, brand-new condition. Items must be unused, unaltered, and free of any cosmetic scratches, stains, or residue, with all original tags, seals, and retail packaging fully intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return application.

Once your return request is verified and approved, we will send you an official return shipping label along with detailed shipping guidelines. Please note that unauthorized returns without prior formal request will not be accepted or processed.

Damages & Product Issues

Please inspect your beauty tool order thoroughly upon delivery. If your items arrive broken, defective, scratched, damaged, or you receive incorrect products due to order or shipping errors, please reach out to us immediately. Our team will promptly assess the issue and provide targeted solutions, including replacements or full/partial refunds.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

To ensure hygiene and product safety for all customers, certain items are non-returnable. Customized and personalized beauty tools (custom engraved/modified products) are not eligible for return. In addition, all final-sale discounted beauty tools and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used, cleaned, altered, or show obvious signs of human intervention, as well as products with damaged or missing original packaging and accessories. If you are unsure about the return eligibility of your item, please contact our customer service for confirmation before submitting a request.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to obtain your desired beauty tools is to submit a return for your current item. Once your return application is approved and processed, you may place a new independent order for the correct or upgraded products.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For all orders shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving the goods for any reason, without providing further justification. The return eligibility rules remain consistent: all beauty tools must be unused, unaltered, with complete original packaging and tags, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will inspect your returned items upon receipt and notify you of the refund approval result in a timely manner. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
